Enclosure parts and accessories
Cubo enclosures are supplied with a cover or door as standard. Other components are included in some product packages and can also be purchased as accessories.
Cover/door
The enclosure cover can be either screw-fastened or a hinged door. Enclosures may also have two doors. The doors can be configured to open in the desired direction.
Standard steel Casemet Cubo F terminal enclosures are also available with a polycarbonate window.
Mounting plates
Mounting plates enable the installation of components (terminal blocks, DIN rails, electrical components, etc.) inside the enclosure. Casemet’s mounting plates help maintain the enclosure’s IP rating, as no structural modifications are required to the enclosure’s outer shell.
Our standard mounting plates are made of galvanised steel. The thickness of the plates ranges from 1.5 to 3.0 mm depending on the size. We also manufacture mounting plates from customer-specified materials, such as stainless steel or non-conductive materials. Mounting plates can be customised with customer-specific cutouts and mounting points.
Steel Casemet Cubo E, EO, V, and U enclosures are supplied with mounting plates as standard.
Hinges, locks and latches
Hinges, locks, and latches complement enclosure solutions, ensuring safe use and easy maintenance.
All our enclosures (except the Cubo V series) can be equipped with hinges. The hinges of Casemet Cubo E enclosures can be easily switched from one side to the other – even as the final step at the installation site.
Steel Casemet Cubo E and EO enclosures come with locks as standard, as do some models in the Cubo U and Cubo OC series. A variety of locking options are available, including triangular locks, handles, locks and latches, as well as other locking accessories. The range also includes door stay mechanisms.
DIN rails and profiles
DIN rails and profiles are available as accessories for Casemet enclosures, making it easier to install components neatly and securely inside the enclosure. They add flexibility to the overall design and enable the enclosure to be configured according to application requirements.
Mounting accessories
A wide range of mounting accessories is available for Casemet enclosures, including threaded plates, mounting brackets, and mounting plates. They enable secure and flexible installation of enclosures in various applications and installation environments.
Flanges
Flanges complement enclosure solutions by providing options for cable routing and ventilation. The range includes cover plates and ventilation flanges, enabling the enclosure to be adapted to application-specific requirements.
Rain shelter
Rain shelter protect enclosures effectively from water and dirt coming from above. They improve durability in demanding conditions and extend the enclosure’s service life, particularly in outdoor installations.
