Casemet is a family-owned company with Finnish ownership, built on a solid financial base and characterised by agile decision-making. We employ over 200 professionals across two locations – in Mikkeli, in the South Savo lake district in Finland, and in Pärnu, Estonia’s summer capital.
We offer a wide range of roles, from production positions to specialist and office-based roles, supported by modern equipment and an environment where expertise is valued and developed for the long term. We invest in employee well-being, occupational safety, and flexible working practices. Low absence rates and a low number of workplace accidents demonstrate the effectiveness of these measures. We continuously improve occupational safety through initiatives such as safety walks, occupational safety meetings, and an active reporting culture. During 2025, both the Mikkeli and Pärnu factories achieved ISO 45001 certification, reinforcing our commitment to a safe and responsible working environment.
